HISTORY:
This past April, the Board was asked to consider a Non-Discrimination Ordinance. After several discussions, along with a considerable amount of public input, the Mayor Pro-Tem Montgomery and Alderwoman Sharpe were asked to work on developing a resolution for the Board's consideration. The current draft resolution is attached. |

FACTS AND ISSUES:
The final subcommittee meeting will be on Tuesday morning, August 10, and may present changes or edits to the draft resolution at the Board meeting. |
